JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and insights within Alteryx and Tableau to provide insightful business recommendations.Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities, develop dashboards, create insights, track processes and results through data analysis.Recommend appropriate solutions and coach junior business analysts on data best practices and ensure processes are followed in data analytics.Create, modify, maintain and schedule dashboards and workflows using various report writing tools.Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate to appropriate leaders. Make recommendations for necessary changes on varying projects and processes.Identify customer requirements, review testing plans, track and document development/results.Analyze data to provide insightful and actionable insights. Collaborate with key stakeholders including IT to address system upgrades, issues, and project related tasks as assigned.Perform complex root cause analysis to resolve potential workflow and database issues.Present end user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and process flow diagrams to technical teams and other stakeholders.Engage with business stakeholders, end users and other IT teams to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:Must have aBachelor s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Must have6 years of experience Position(s) where requisite experience obtained.Must have6 years of relevant data analytics and/or reporting experience; and experience with ETLs and Database Structure.Must also have6 years of experience with Alteryx and Tableau.Must also have5 years of experience with creating data models.As additional requirementsPowerBI, Microsoft SSAS, and SQL Servers is required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:100% telecommuting required.0-3% Domestic travel required.Compensation for role is $133,682/year.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
