Position Details Location: Lincoln, RI Compensation: $90-$105k Schedule: Mon- Fri Benefits: Health and life insurance, Student Loan Repayment benefits, paid PTO Travel: N/A Vaccine Requirement: No Position Description As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: --- Responsible for planning, executing, and finishing projects while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products within established timelines. --- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. --- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. --- Collaborate with the Sales team in understanding customer requirements and expectations for new business opportunities. --- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. --- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members to address project challenges and ensure project success. --- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. --- Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency. --- Collaborate with the Quality team to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. --- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues. --- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies. --- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. --- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns. --- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. --- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests.
