Required Skills: - Board Certification in Radiology with a focus on Interventional Radiology - Valid PA Medical License and DEA certification - Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures such as paras, thoracentesis, line placements and removals, biopsies, abscess drainage, LPs, and myelograms - Ability to read diagnostic images (preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Skills: - Fellowship in Interventional Radiology - Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic - Familiarity with other imaging modalities and diagnostic radiology Preferred Education and Experience: - Completion of an IR fellowship is highly preferred - Significant training or experience in interventional radiology, even without fellowship, will be considered - Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting Other Requirements: - Willingness to work a 5x8-hour daytime shift (08:00 - 16:30) - Ability to support approximately 6-10 procedures per day - Commitment to a credentialing timeline of approximately 120 days; earlier onboarding may be possible with prior arrangements - Must be adaptable to hospital-specific workflows and procedures This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled interventional radiologist to advance their career in a supportive setting while earning a competitive hourly pay of $424.95.
