Nurse Practitioner | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Media, PA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Media, PA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model. Schedule & Work Model Total Hours: 20 hours per week 17 clinical hours 3 administrative hours Hybrid Structure: Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite at the Media clinic Up to 7 clinical hours conducted remotely Administrative hours completed remotely Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs Minimum 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2 Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000 annually Additional earnings of $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload Opportunity to increase income based on availability and interest (including virtual care) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license DEA registration and state prescriptive authority Ability to work onsite in Media, PA for at least 10 clinical hours per week Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends) Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet) More...
