In this role, you will implement respiratory care plans, manage ventilation systems, and educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. Assess patient respiratory conditions through diagnostic testing and physical exams. Create and implement detailed respiratory care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Manage and operate ventilators and other life support systems. Educate patients and families on respiratory health practices and discharge plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
