In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager will advance, implement, and develop strategic plans while also casting future direction and vision. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for cultivating results for day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency. The General Manager will ensure the organization's continued commitment to outstanding customer service and exceptional product quality. The ability to develop and implement business approaches that align with Upward Broadband's mission and goals is essential to the role.
