Clemens Food Group is looking for a Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategies, optimize margins, and collaborate with senior sales leadership. This is a high-impact role that directly influences the company’s financial success. Youll manage pricing for branded and private label products, analyze commodity markets, and enhance our pricing systems. As a leader in pricing operations, you’ll also oversee two Pricing Data Specialists, ensuring efficiency and compliance in our pricing processes. Who You Are A data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience understanding market data. A proactive leader with supervisory or management experience, skilled at creating and driving process improvements. A collaborative communicator who is able to work cross-functionally with both internal and external customers. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to anticipate the needs of the business. What Youll Do Develop and maintain pricing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with margin targets. Analyze commodity markets and integrate market trends into pricing decisions. Lead pricing system enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and pricing accuracy. Oversee pricing team operations, guiding two Pricing Data Specialists in maintaining pricing lists and promotional activities.
