Braun Medical, visit www.bbraunusa.com Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties - Supervises all functions of one or more of the manufacturing or facilities maintenance areas to ensure safe, timely and efficient maintenance of production and/or facility equipment or area.
- Main responsibilities include efficient use of material, equipment, tools and human resources; short term planning; scheduling tasks and duties for Team Leaders over multiple shifts; supervising all maintenance, repairs, cleaning and projects performed in the area.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of a unit.
- Responsible for department safety and training.
- Responsibilities include interviewing prospective employees; training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; safety and resolving problems.

- Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 04-06 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
