Work 40 hours a week providing in---home patient care.**Responsibilities:**--- Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.--- Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS, completing records daily.--- Manage 20---25 cases weekly, achieving 26---28 productivity points.--- Attend weekly in---person office meetings.--- Be flexible to float and meet weekend requirements.**Qualifications:**--- Valid PA or compact RN License.--- BLS certification.--- 2+ years of home health experience with HCHB/OASIS proficiency.--- Experience with Oasis E documentation post---January 2023.**Details:**--- No on---call or overtime.--- Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile.--- Flexible scrub color.--- 2---3 days of orientation.Ideal for RNs passionate about home health care.
