What You'll Do

• 
  Own financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
  
  
• 
  Support key business initiatives with data-driven insights
  
  
• 
  Partner with leadership and tech teams to optimize tools & dashboards
  
  
• 
  Maintain and update company financials: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  
  
  
  
  What You'll Bring
  
  
  
  
  • 
    3+ years of FP&A or business finance experience within the home improvement industry.
    
    
  • 
    Pro-level Excel skills (think pivot tables, index/match, and more)
    
    
  • 
    Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    
    
  • 
    Bonus: FMVA/CFA or similar credential
