Compensation: The pay for this position is $19.19 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities: Respond either verbally or in writing to select inquiries from intra and interdepartmental units, outside entities, and families/applicants Coordinate the development and maintenance of information technology to support program operations and monitor tracking systems Review and recommend modifications to program manuals and materials based on policy revisions Develop and update forms and files Coordinate the collection of data to prepare reports May be involved in provider recruitment, enrollment, dis-enrollment, and outreach activities May be involved in incident reviews, closing incident reports, investigations, and fair hearing preparation Participate in trainings, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the Bureau as assigned Assist in tracking information, reviewing reports, and preparing reports for the supervisor, CMS, and Agency when needed Utilize HCSIS and CIS for screening, entering information, and researching as needed May assist in monitoring of services provided to participants of autism programs Other related duties as required Requirements: Education: Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education Field Experience: Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, education, sociology, public health, health care services, or health care insurance programs OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that includes at least one (1) year of relevant professional experience Skills: Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products Experience with eCIS or as an income maintenance caseworker is preferred If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage at 586-473-6098 or email resume to jnottage@alinestaffing.com.
