Performs a variety of waived, moderately complex, and highly complex tests on patients of all ages as defined by CMS-2226-F: 42 CFR 493 Medicare, Medicaid, and CLIA programs, Interpretive Guidelines for Laboratories, Appendix C, and Subpart M. - Applies principles, theories and techniques according to Laboratory Practices and Procedures to produce accurate test results in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
High school graduate or equivalent and graduate from a one year medical laboratory -or clinical laboratory training program approved by the ABHES, CAHEA or other -organization approved by HHS.

Required Certification:
Certification with American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or successful completion of certification within 12 months of employment.
