MHS is seeking Math and ELA teachers to provide summer instruction to students in the elementary school in a manner consistent with the regular school year: planning lessons, providing engaging classroom instruction with effective classroom management, and conducting assessments.
The 2024 Summer School start date is on July 15th (ending on August 2nd) and pays $35.00/hour. Work hours may vary depending on programming and school needs. Prior to the 7/15/24 start date, all new Summer School Teachers will need to attend training (paid). Qualifications

College Degree in related field.

Successful prior teaching experience.

Teaching Certification (first preference to those with certification in content taught).

CPR/First Aid Certification, a plus.

Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students.
