• Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
• Requires working every fourth weekend & every fourth holiday
• Payrate: $16.50
  Job Description
  • Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks.
  • Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
  • Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
    • Valid driver's license, required.
    • 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience, preferred.
