Urban Outfitters, Inc., is a Fortune 1000 company with $4 Billion in revenue. Title: Information Security Manager Overview: URBN is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on Security Operations, Incident Response, and Threat Detection. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership abilities to ensure the protection of our organization's sensitive data and assets. Responsibilities: - Manage Security Operations: Oversee all aspects of Security Operations, including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures. Lead investigations into security incidents, coordinate response efforts, and ensure timely resolution.
- Threat Detection and Mitigation: Implement and manage security tools and technologies for continuous threat detection and mitigation. Stay updated with the latest threats and security trends.
- Security Monitoring: Establish and maintain a robust security monitoring program. Monitor security events, analyze logs, and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Security Awareness: Conduct security awareness training programs for employees to enhance security awareness and promote a culture of security.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure the security of external systems and services.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits. Identify and prioritize security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of security professionals. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
