What we look for in our store management employee is integrity and ambition, fueled by a hunger for innovation and creativity when it comes to running a neighborhood retail grocery store. Ultimately, experience doesn't matter; dedication and a commitment to learning do. However, if you have at least a 2 years of retail management experience or more and a working knowledge of scheduling, merchandising, budgeting and expense control, we definitely need to talk.
