JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:Cashiers: Provides prompt and courteous customer service Share knowledge of DeLallo products and services of the company Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, including weighing some items Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Effective time management Cleans and maintains work-station and able to perform general cleaning duties at the store to maintain company standards Ability to interpret and apply company policies and proceduresBakery Counter: Communicates with customers and co-workers on products and prices. Weighs certain items. Prices customer selections using label machine and calculators. Demonstrates salesmanship on a routine basis. Answers telephone to communicate with internal and external customers. Retrieves product from cooler to fill displays. Stocks and replenishes counters with product. Rotates merchandise for freshness. Checks merchandise for outdated product; sorts newly received merchandise.
