Here you won't just "have a job," you will be helping us to reshape the future of home services by providing reliable, best-in-class service to your neighbors in your community. -What You'll Do:Training and developmentIS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and developmentMicro-skills training for 30/60/90Hands on field training for JA'sHands on field training for leadsDevelopment of training classesSmall trainings in L-10Will use forms to track progressQuality control visitsIS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and documentAuditsStart-up sheet auditsFinal payment form AuditsQuarterly conversationsMonthly scorecard conversations -Install follow up visitsSales debriefs and walk throughs as neededService debrief forms (install warranty)Coaching and feedbackWhat you'll need to succeed:High school diploma or equivalent.7+ years experience required. -HVAC training & certifications a plusEPA CertificationClean Driving RecordAble to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)Physical Requirements:Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.Talk and hear, both in person and by telephoneUse hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment.Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs. -Close vision, distance vision -Answer the phone with the second ring.
