As a strategic member of our sales team, you will leverage your understanding of financial products and fintech to propose tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering superior services globally. Identify and cultivate new partnerships within the financial services industry to expand market presence. Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and revenue generation. Design and propose custom solutions that integrate our tech capabilities with client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products and services delivered align with client specifications and company standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders to demonstrate product benefits and return on investment. Strong understanding of financial products and the banking, insurance, and investment industries. Proven ability to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Capability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent is preferred.
