Job Description Permanent opportunity as a Payroll Analyst onsite in Tualatin. Join a fast-growing organization in Tualatin as a Payroll Analyst, where you’ll take ownership of high-volume, multi-state payroll operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, reviewing and reconciling payroll data, and helping maintain compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. In this role, you’ll partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to address payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll for ~1,100 employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate payroll across multiple employee and pay types. Audit and reconcile payroll data including hours, wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions. Handle off-cycle payrolls, final pay calculations, and special payments in compliance with state regulations. Support payroll close activities, including 401(k) and HSA funding, reporting, and journal entries. Prepare biweekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, with strong familiarity in Oregon and California payroll laws. Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2s, 1099s, 3922s, and wage/tax adjustments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of full-cycle payroll experience supporting large, multi-state payrolls (1,000 employees). Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar enterprise payroll systems. Strong understanding of U.S. payroll compliance and employment regulations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs). Experience with equity compensation payroll (RSU/ESPP) strongly preferred.
