You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health's high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.
- Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional support, helping them navigate their health journeys.
- Leverage cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and provide seamless care.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For: Education: - Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!
- For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.Experience:
- At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
- Additional clinical experience may be required, depending on the department.
- Acute care experience required; strong telemetry skills, cardiac and stroke experience preferred.Skills & Qualities:
