You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compassion while making a lasting impact on patients' health and well-being.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health's high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer.Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional support, helping them navigate their health journeys.Leverage cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and provide seamless care.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:--Education:Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!For certain roles, a BSN is required.
