You only need to look as far as the patient-safety huddles that take place daily at the campuses to alert team members to potential safety issues, and how they make immediate course corrections. -The Emergency Department ED Clinical Nursing Manager will work with a not-for-profit medical center dedicated to serving the surrounding community. For over 50 years, the hospital provides compassionate care using state-of-the-art technology in an inpatient and outpatient setting, as well as reaching out to the community with education, research, and healthcare outreach. -The RN Manager of Emergency Services will be responsible for the financial management, staff management and development, day-to-day operations, and program development in the Emergency Department. The Nurse Manager of Emergency Department ED will be managing a 15 bed Emergency Unit with high stroke and cardiac cases. -Reporting directly to the Nurse Director of Emergency Department, the Nurse Manager of ER will be supported by approximately 85 FTEs and experienced Charge nurses.
