A Day in the Life of the Broadband Technician:

• Residential install and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises
• Ensure/record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
• Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
• Customer education
• Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
• Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 0 (Entry Level)
  • Competencies: Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ladder; Hand or Power Tools; Customer Service; Communication (verbal, written); Basic Computer Skills; Aptitude to learn to skills; Problem solving; Time Management; Teamwork; Working alone Education and Certifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. The base salary range in Oregon for this position, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable, is:
        • Broadband Technician I - $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
        • Broadband Technician II - $21.00 - $29.40 per hour
