This position is for a general Orthopedic surgeon. Must be able to do general orhto and take level IV trauma call. License and Certifications:Medical License for the applicable state.Membership on LPH Medical Staff.Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.CPR certification. BLS from the American Heart Association Experience:Two to three years' experience in the management of orthopedic patients preferred.
