On days that onsite activity is not required, individuals in this role may work remotely.All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new employee orientation.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Coordinated & Integrated Leaves is responsible for overseeing the reporting and administration of workers' compensation claims, short- and long-term disability claims, accommodations under the ADA, employee leaves under both company policy and federal and state laws. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws regarding workers' compensation, ERISA, OSHA reporting, ADA, FMLA and OFLA, and LHS policy.As a member of the People & Culture Leadership Team: |
