- Extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with QuickBooks or the ability and desire to learn quickly
- Ideal candidate would have accounts payable and receivable experience
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
- Special Knowledge and Skills - Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with fellow employees, suppliers and customers
- Excel at using good judgment, maintaining confidential information and managing more than one task simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced, professional environment

- JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for all office administrative duties, including keeping a professional and comfortable office environment, properly outfitted for efficient business activities .
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
- Provide general support for visitors
- Maintain the property and facility and liaise with all service providers
- Plan, book, and coordinate all travel for employees
- Book and facilitate meetings and appointments
- Develop work processes as applicable
- Ensure training manuals and company procedures are kept up to date
- Manage onboarding process for new employees
- Utilize QuickBooks for Accounts Payable and month-end processes
- Data entry, reconciliations, and reports
- Participate in and plan a wide range of company projects and events, as needed
- Collaborate with all internal teams to achieve company objectives, no matter the task
