Handle general credit calls, credit reference, process new account applications and customer account updates. Complete bank deposition for the location and do local deposits, scan checks received locally, online bill pay and payment on account processing. Unclaimed property, verify tax exempt forms and maintain tax files. Process job sheets by researching and verifying info,. Administrative support to the department.



Strong organizational skills, excellent communication a must, knowledge of Word and Strong Excel. Problem solving skills, work independently but be part of the team.



This is a very paperwork intensive position that supports the division credit manager. You do not have to have credit experience but you do need to have very strong customer service and be very skilled on the computer and have STRONG excel skills.
