Join us at Johnson RV, where the journey is as rewarding as the destination.Essential Job Functions:* Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling the most sought after class B and C Vans* Ability to learn our products inside and out, with continued training and education* Perform effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations* Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team* Follow up and committment to a high integrity approach with each customer* Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization* Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance* Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and managementEssential Job Skills:* High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus* Sales experience not required but appreciated* Have strong motivational skills, high energy, and ability to work independently and as a team* Professional appearance and demeanor necessary* Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management* Competitive by nature, with a knack for relating to people*All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test before being hired.*Valid drivers license is required.by Jobble More...
