Seeking a FOH Restaurant Manager for Ikigai in Carlton, Oregon. Willamette Valley Wine Country is a top destination for wine and food enthusiasts throughout the world. Ikigai is a new Asian restaurant located on Main Street in Carlton - home to award winning wineries, fantastic views and a quaint walkable Main Street that boasts something for everyone. Ikigai is a new restaurant focusing on farm fresh food with Asian flavors. Our commitment to outstanding customer service and fresh and delicious food is paramount. We are looking for a FOH Restaurant Manager who can manage the Front of the House operations of the restaurant. Must be a proven leader and team builder. Must have previous experience serving in a fine dining environment, managing people, ordering supplies, maintaining inventories, and overseeing a busy restaurant. Must work clean, focused, organized and be willing to do the dirty work. Will need to manage FOH staff for dinner five days a week, will add lunch/expand hours in the future. Most importantly, we are looking for the right fit with the team and atmosphere of the organization.
