Minimum Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and ongoing education towards RN licensure
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Oregon
- Obtain BLS certification within three months of hire and maintain as current
Essential Job Functional - Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process, within the LPN scope of practice for the patients in the following age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics.
- Documents thoroughly, following regulatory and hospital requirements.
