Experience: --- 24 months of Home Health experience is required. --- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application. --- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
