Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Oregon-licensed CRNA to join our team at a renowned medical facility in the beautiful state of Oregon. The facility offers a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia services. As a member of our team, you will assist in the coordination and management of activities in the Anesthesia Department, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient safety.

Facility Details:

• Growing and Expanding Critical Access Hospital: -5 Operating Rooms, 2 Endoscopy Suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
• Current Providers: -Work alongside a team of 1 -Physician -and 5 -CRNAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Level IV -Trauma: -Contribute to the care of critically ill and injured patients.Clinical Responsibility Overview:
  
  As a CRNA at our facility, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments.
  • Obtaining and verifying patient consent for anesthesia.
  • Discussing anesthetic options and associated risks with patients.
  • Administering anesthesia, including induction, maintenance, and emergence.
  • Monitoring the patient's physiological condition throughout procedures.
  • Performing clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety.Candidate Requirements:
    
    To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
    • Active Oregon -CRNA License.
    • Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
