Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. An educational institution in Beaver, WA is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a contract position running from September 1 through June 15. This role offers a consistent 5-day workweek with hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including additional meetings as needed. The psychologist will serve a caseload ranging from preschool through age 22, supporting students with all disabilities except those with communication-only needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations for approximately 44 to over 50 students annually, including typical referrals during the January to March period. Manage transfer reviews and evaluation waivers, collaborating as required with other psychological staff. Provide direct psychological services within one school campus comprising three buildings. Support students across a wide range of disability categories with tailored interventions and recommendations. Participate in meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Licensed or certified School Psychologist with appropriate credentials. Experience working with students from early childhood through young adulthood. Ability to manage a mid-to-large caseload and adapt to fluctuating assessment demands. Flexibility to conduct in-person testing, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement. Strong communication and collaboration skills within a school setting. This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational journeys in a dynamic environment.
