What You’ll Do Daily: Invoice Management : Generate and distribute accurate invoices for services and products. Payment Oversight : Post customer payments to corresponding invoices promptly and accurately. Collections Expertise : Follow up with customers on overdue invoices through phone and email communications to ensure timely resolution. Collaborative Problem-Solving : Work with internal teams to address account disputes and past-due balances effectively. Reporting Excellence : Prepare and review aged accounts and monthly accounts receivable reports. Account Reconciliation : Maintain accurate records by reconciling general ledger accounts. Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to sales tax reporting and internal financial policies. Process Improvement : Contribute to ongoing enhancements in accounts receivable operations and participate in special projects. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 1 years in accounts receivable, including collections. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Attributes : Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and willingness to work additional hours during month-end close, if needed.
