Rebuild Technician We’re hiring a Compressor Rebuild Technician who takes pride in quality work, values craftsmanship, and thrives on solving mechanical challenges. You’ll join a team known for restoring reciprocating compressors and industrial engines used in critical operations. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where your work directly contributes to the reliability of vital equipment. Key Responsibilities: Tear down and rebuild reciprocating compressors and industrial engines to OEM specifications. Diagnose mechanical failures and perform complete system rebuilds. Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to ensure component tolerances. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to identify correct parts and procedures. Document work performed and submit detailed reports for internal review and quality control. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors or large industrial engines. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and blueprint-reading skills. Proficient with precision measuring tools and mechanical inspection. Must supply and maintain your own professional-grade tool set. High school diploma or equivalent required .
