RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Case Management Nurses (Case -Mgmt -RN) coordinate long-term individual care services beyond the bedside, providing long-term assistance to patients and family members to advocate for their quality care. Case Mgmt RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -
