*InTulsa is partnering with Certemy -to -find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa* **Location: Tulsa, OK. - This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK** We are a well-funded SaaS start-up in the compliance management, certification, and licensing space looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This position is fully remote; however, there is a strong preference for candidates in Central and Eastern time zones. A comfortable, quiet working environment is required. Responsibilities - Onboard new customers and maintain a world-class experience for existing customers.
- Be a primary point of contact for customers and continually greet them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ensure existing customers are effectively leveraging our products solutions to increase product adoption and build customer advocacy.
- Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
