**Location: Tulsa, OK. - This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**



We are a well-funded SaaS start-up in the compliance management, certification, and licensing space looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This position is fully remote; however, there is a strong preference for candidates in Central and Eastern time zones. A comfortable, quiet working environment is required.

    Responsibilities


    • Onboard new customers and maintain a world-class experience for existing customers.
    • Be a primary point of contact for customers and continually greet them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
    • Ensure existing customers are effectively leveraging our products solutions to increase product adoption and build customer advocacy.
    • Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
    • Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
    • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.



      Qualifications


      • Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success or Account Management
      • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
      • Well-organized, with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work
      • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
      • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
      • Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
      • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
