We work with our clients to build the capabilities to enable organizations to achieve sustainable results. - - Position Overview: Arrowhead Consulting is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for staff -augmentation for existing and new clients, owning relationships as the project manager. -This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid -setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The IT Project Manager will focus on IT infrastructure -projects and must be adept at using scheduling tools. Government sector experience is -preferred. Responsibilities: - Own relationships with clients as the project manager, serving as the primary -point of contact and maintaining clear communication throughout the project -lifecycle.
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including implementation and -software development initiatives.
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing -requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and -stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, using scheduling tools as necessary.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior -management.
