Physical Therapist Location: Mount Vernon, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,180 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: 4/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (Licensed) Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 4 hours (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Licensed Physical Therapist Must-Have: - Local and reliable candidates Description: This position has no maximum bill rate. Source local and reliable candidates and submit at a reasonable rate. This will provide valuable data to the state and will help be successful in filling the roles. Position availability is up to 2 days a week, with 24 hours depending on need and want. Evaluate claimants/clients by administering tests and measurements, such as range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments to determine individual rehabilitation program needs. Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation. Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurement and assessment records and reports tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participate in the writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans, which include formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plan periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revise the plan as necessary. Participate in ongoing continuing education and in-service training, as well as research projects and program development.
