Key Job Functions & Responsibilities: Blending of Raw Ingredients: Transform raw ingredients into a finished product meeting established specifications. Maintain Clean and Safe Work Area: Ensure the work environment is clean and follows safety protocols. Compliance with GMP and Safe Food Handling Policies: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Food Handling Policies. Documentation: Record ingredient additions, cleaning activities, and lot numbers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds. Mechanical Inclination: Possess mechanical skills and inclination. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Safety Reporting: Report safety or maintenance issues to your immediate supervisor or through work order requests.
