Nesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector for a growing client in the North Royalton area for 2nd and 3rd shift! This role is essential in ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, audits, and testing. Job Responsibilities: Inspection & Auditing: Conduct regular product inspections and line audits. Verify operator inspection sheets and ensure accuracy. Perform material audits and incoming/outgoing product inspections. Use measurement tools (calipers, height gauge, etc.) to assess product quality. Approve or reject products based on quality standards. Data Collection & Reporting: Record inspection findings and maintain quality logs. Assist in identifying trends and continuous improvement opportunities. Training & Support: Help train new employees on quality procedures. Provide guidance on quality alerts and standards. Rework & Compliance: Coordinate and perform product rework as needed. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies. General Duties: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow company policies, safety regulations, and work procedures. 1-3 years of quality inspection experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in machining or plastic injection molding is a plus. Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Good vision for detailed inspections.
