Accounts Payable & Payroll Processor About the Company Part of a global transformer group, bringing over 100 years of combined design and manufacturing expertise State-of-the-art facilities designed to optimize service efficiency and lead times On-site engineering team ensures accurate assessment, manufacturing, and repair of all projects Join a highly organized team with streamlined processes and clear communication Enjoy hands-on training and continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills Be part of a collaborative and supportive culture that values efficiency and innovation Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable & Payroll Processor Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring validation of goods/services received and accurate pricing; prepare vendor payments and maintain associated records Reconcile accrued receipts and inventory general ledger accounts with source documentation Assist with all accounts payable responsibilities related to month-end closing procedures Prepare hourly payroll data for final approval, ensuring all hours, employee changes, and deductions are verified and complete Prepare salaried payroll data for final approval, ensuring accuracy in employee records and deductions Provide phone coverage as needed Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable & Payroll Processor Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and/or payroll, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications The Accounts Payable & Payroll Processor role is fully onsite in Alliance, OH area with a salary range of $47,000- $52,000 depending on experience.
