Contact your recruiter for full details.* *Premium Overtime:* Earn 2x your hourly rate for overtime hours worked on *ER* travel assignments (excluding local, PRN, CA, and government assignments).* *Weekly Pay:* Enjoy weekly pay to keep your finances on track.*Job Description:*Gifted Healthcare is seeking skilled *ER Nurses (RNs)* for travel contracts in New Jersey. This role requires relocation for the duration of the contract. As an *ER Nurse*, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing life-threatening conditions, performing triage interventions, and providing critical care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Your expertise in emergency nursing will be essential in ensuring that patients receive timely, life-saving care.*Responsibilities:** Provide emergency care to patients with life-threatening conditions in the *ER* setting.* Perform triage assessments to prioritize care based on severity and urgency of the patient's condition.* Collaborate with physicians to assist in examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatments.* Administer prescribed medications and record medication administration accurately.* Utilize *Epic* to document patient information and track medical treatments.* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.* Requires a minimum of 2 years of *ER* nursing experience, with recent experience in the emergency department specialty.*Requirements:** At least 2 years of RN experience, specifically in *ER* nursing.* Recent hands-on experience in emergency care, including triage, critical care interventions, and rapid patient assessment.* Proficiency with *Epic* or similar electronic health record systems.* Active RN license in good standing.* Must be willing to relocate for the duration of the travel contract in New Jersey.*Why Choose Gifted Healthcare?* At Gifted Healthcare, we understand the impact one person can have on patient care.
