Location: Marysville, OH 43040

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (No evenings, weekends, or holidays)

Pay: $70.00/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Weekly

Nurse Practitioner Description/Duties

The provider will deliver on-site primary care services on a full-time basis to the female population at this correctional facility
Conducts comprehensive physical examinations, diagnoses and treats patients, issues information and initiates emergency care procedures to a population of female incarcerated patients.
Orders, reviews, and interprets laboratory results, x-rays, and EKG's.
Prescribes, administers, and dispenses medication.
Consults with the physician as needed to coordinate a plan of care, implement inpatient treatments, review mental assessments, and/or to discuss disease prevention and patient education needs.

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult Gerontology) for State of OH
At least 1 year of NP experience in a primary care or hospital medicine setting
AHA BLS Certification
