Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Mount Carmel Home Infusion is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding and program management Pharmacy Tech. The Tech will perform Sterile Compounding, Inventory control, regulatory compliance. This position is Monday - Friday at MCE. *** prefer Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) , but not required.***Position Purpose: Lead provides support for the interview process, evaluation process, establishing schedules, and adjusting/communicating assignments.Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) - Education: High School or GED required
- Licensure / Certification: Approved Pharmacy Technician Certification. Active registration as a Certified Tech with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 year minimum experience, 3-5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and onboarding
- Thorough experience in all pharmacy operational areas; proficiency with internet based applications
- Excel preferred
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines, organize and review work of other
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in an effort to continually improve quality and safety.Essential Responsibilities
