Adecco has a Direct Hire Machine Operator Job opportunity in Euclid, OH. This position is responsible for acme machine operation, machine set-up, and basic quality control. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read blue prints, 1-3 years of experience, and be available on 1st or 2nd shift 8 to 10 hours per day. This position is direct hire and is paying $14-19 per hour based on experience.



The Acme Machine Operator Job Responsibilities Include:



•Set up and operate Screw Machines, Davenports, ACME, Boltmakers, or Progressive Headers.



•Receive initial set of tools from Tool Room. Obtains replacement dies and hammers from tool room as needed. May build dies from blueprints based on specs.



•Check for first piece approval before proceeding with production. Will be in direct contact with Warehouse personnel.



•Responsible for quality of product from machines.



•Clean machines and area around machines regularly. Lubricates machines when necessary.



Qualifications:

•High school diploma.

•1-3 years of manual machining experience.

•Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

•Ability to read blueprints.
