Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced medical interventions. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.Duties:- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Perform physical examinations and collect patient data for accurate documentation- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families- Assist with procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization- Utilize coding systems and medical terminology for accurate documentation- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patientsQualifications:* Night shift.* MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience.
