Job Title: Production Coordinator Job Status/ Grade: Hourly Location: Troy, Ohio Department: Operations Reporting To: Materials Manager Direct Reports: None JOB SUMMARY: The Production Coordinator technical and functional support in the areas of: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, support, data entry, system testing and training. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) - Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
- Review operator's paperwork and correct data entry errors into the system.
- Review all work orders for accuracy and close for month end.
- Assists in checking operational procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system.
- Resolves inventory discrepancies.
- Maintains all paperwork related to work order until complete and archived in the lab.
- Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
