• Liaise with managers and clients to assist with project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
• Coordinate internal and external resources for meetings, project planning sessions and off-site events
• Analyze project progress and budgets ensuring team adheres to each
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with People and Culture, Risk, Legal and Communications
• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practicesResponsibilities
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
  • Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
  • Develop and maintain all documentation required for project delivery and audit
  • Monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
  • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work planRequired skills and qualifications
    • Experience in coordinating teams and clients
    • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Managing budgets for projects a plusPreferred skills and qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
      • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
